I would like to install Collabora on Nextcloud. Are you aware of a detailed tutorial on this subject? What are the possible difficulties with installation?
Would you have any advice to share with me to successfully complete this task.

Just install YunoHost Nextcloud and Collabora, each with an own subdomain, then install Nextcloud Office of the Nextcloud app store, go to admin section of Nextcloud and enter the https URL of your Collabora subdomain at the Office section.
You need also in nextcloud add Nextcloud Office app
Then in the admin settings for Nextcloud Office, put the url of the collabora server and add for the Allow list for the WOPI requests
