Bonjour et bonne année à tous.
J’ai un souci avec l’app NextCloud.
Il m’est impossible d’acceder à NC. Après quelques recherches, j’ai pu remarquer que le service MariaDB/Mysql n’est pas actif et qu’il m’est impossible de l’activer.
J’ai un message derreur que voici :
YunoHost a rencontré une erreur interne
Vraiment désolé de cela.

J’ai lancé htop en CLI et j’ai demandé le demarrage du service à deux reprises : en CLI et via l’interface web.
HTOP était en fonctionnement à côté.
Il ne s’est absolument rien passé sur les graphes.
C’est une machine virtuelle qui tourne avec 2Go de RAM sans SWAP.
Je n’ai jamais rencontré de problème auparavant.

I ran htop in CLI and asked for the service to be started twice: in CLI and via the web interface.
HTOP was running on the side.
Absolutely nothing happened on the graphs.
It’s a virtual machine running with 2GB of RAM with no SWAP.
I’ve never encountered any problems before.

I didn’t notice the code being pasted twice, if that was the case, but that the same block of errors cycled. For yourself it is also easier to interpret if you find out that there actually are only 20 lines of log, instead of 160.

Do you have backups from about a week ago? Open door, but keep in mind that when replacing something with a backup means that changes that accrued in the meantime will be lost. If Nextcloud is the only app using MySQL, there probably is nothing new, since Nextcloud could not connect.

Quite a messy, complex picture!

Edit to add: It may be possible to install a version 10.6 or 10.7 besides 10.11, but lacking expertise I can’t assist with that via a forum (it’s complex enough with live view at a system)

Je ne peux pas upgrader vers la version 30.0.4 tant que mysql n’est pas redemarré.
YNH est en version 12.0.11 et a été recemment mise à jour.

These files would be “your” files (photos, documents, …) or Yunohost backup files?

Do you have a Yunohost backup of Nextcloud from December (according to the log: Dec 15 17:16:05, MySQL was version 10.5.26 at that moment) ? There may be, on your Yunohost under local backups, a file “nextcloud-pre-upgrade…”, that includes the old database.

As your system tells: only with the old database software, the current state of the database can be repaired.
