After an attempt to update Immich to the Latest version it did break on the attempt to create the Backup and then after it wasn’t able to be restored.
I see a log for the failing backup process and after that a second one for a fresh install. Do you have any other back to restore or do you prefer to start with a fresh installation ?

Please update the yunohost package and retry with latest version of the immich package (should be 1.141.1~ynh1)
Could you check if the folder /var/www/immich is really missing with sudo ls -alih /var/www/immich?
if yes can you try to update without creating a backup with sudo yunohost app upgrade immich -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/immich_ynh --no-safety-backup?
Can you update to 12.1.22 and try again?

now sudo rm -f /swap_immich and after that sudo yunohost app upgrade immich -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/immich_ynh --no-safety-backup

nope so i guess i build it again from Scratch and Secure my Pictures from it
