I can't update n8n from version 0.218.0 to new version 1.9.3

Hardware: Linode - Nanode 1 GB RAM
YunoHost version: 11.2.5
I have access to my server : Through SSH and through the webadmin

Description of my issue

Hello, everyone in the community, I’m here again and also in the GitHub repository to report a problem I’m having regarding the n8n update within YunoHost.

I’m trying to update via YunoHost’s WebAdmin, at first when I click to update it gives me a warning about not migrating the database since n8n no longer supports Mysqli or MariaDB and so far so good, I continue with the update.

And then the first problem appears, an error occurred in the n8n update script, I will leave the link to the complete log of this error here: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/iharelawop

And the last problem I had on my update journey was that the application restoration system didn’t work very well and wasn’t able to restore the old version automatically so I had a problem updating it, luckily I was able to restore the version previous through a full backup I previously made of my server.

Could anyone help me make this update work, n8n is an incredible application and the ease of having it on YunoHost is incredible, I would really like to be able to use n8n’s new Artificial Intelligence features on YunoHost

The warning means that the app will not be updated. You need to export your data out of n8n, delete the app, reinstall it to the newer version, and reimport the data.

Somehow the database was not removed when the upgrade failed, I am glad you were able to restore it afterwards.
