How to Use CloudFlare DNS with a YunoHost server?

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Linode VPS
YunoHost version: 11.2.3
I have access to my server : Via SSH and the Web Admin Panel
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : No
If yes, please explain:

Description of my issue

I have most of my domains hosted with Cloudflare. Currently I have my YunoHost DNS records in the CloudFlare setup to just be DNS, not Cached or Proxied through Cloudflare. The reason for that is because when I use CloudFlare Proxying, I get an error from the web browser saying

Site Redirected to Many Times

I don’t know how to fix this or get around it. I would like to use CloudFlare Proxy to protect my IP address and defend from DDoS attacks.

I think you should turn off automatic HTTPS rewrites and always use https in the settings.
