How to force old ecko install to upgrade to recent Mastodon version?

What YunoHost version are you running: 11.3.0.2

Describe your issue

We are still running and old fork of Mastodon called Ecko (v2022.11.15~ynh1), which is stuck at Mastodon v3.4. Can this installation be forced to upgrade to the most recent Mastodon branch? How could it be done?
