How to create subdomain at nohost.me

pardon for my english, since it is not my default tongue,
Is create subdomain at nohost.me still applicable in YunoHost?
i do success add domain using *.local and also add my own domain, but whenever i try to create subdomain using *.nohost.me, on debian 11 and 12 fresh or upgraded on post install,
i use both procedure CLI and web, and both have no luck, never success.
i get success create the subdomain, but cant reach it “Could not resolve host:”,
i wait a day, it my dns or something, but it is not.
is VPN can affect it?
i was try using ngrok or similar behind VPN with success (nothing to do with YunoHost instance),
i read the tutorial on documentation, i may miss something, please anyone who success gave some clue/guidance, any clue/guidance would be appreciated, thank you.

What it the output of dig <your domain> @127.0.0.1 ?

AFAIK only 1 domain per instance, i was create many, and i forgot which is was, it was ‘whyou.nohost.me’ and latest is i try ‘iou.nohost.me’

What’s the output of sudo systemctl status dnsmasq ?

dnsmasq: failed to create listening socket for port 53: Address already in use

from the first time i know YunoHost, my dnsmasq service is always off, and it was okay for my requirement to use any other service, may be the main issue is there? port 53 is used by vpn.
