Hello,
I’m on nextcloud 27 and I’m proposed to update to NC29. I was wondering whether we could update only to 28 (to update or deactivate some apps along the way for instance?).
Also, when doing the double upgrade, how does it work ? it goes through NC28 or even not ?
And in general, when we have such situation, is there anything to do in particular ?
Thanks !
The upgrade goes through the main versions, so it doesn’t skip steps. For this you should check that your apps are compatible with the latest version

Note that a new version of the package is on the road to select the oldstable channel…

Unfortunately, this branch is now aligned with the stable branch… @ljf I am trying to continue have a branch with last release 28*, I have used your branch for push my PR last release for oldsatble 28.* by rodinux · Pull Request #728 · YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh · GitHub
It may be stupid, but I need keep a version 28* up to date for an instance with a module not yet compatible with 29*
