Hostkarma blacklist or Diagnosis is wrong?

YunoHost version: 11.2.9.1
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

I have got some similar messages on diagnosis last month about hostkarma blacklisting (Yellow listed IP on hostkarma). Then, it was resolved. but it comming again

Is it just a problem with diagnosis ?? on the address for removal, all seems good…

Yes, diagnosis is wrong and should be fixed as yellowlisting is not an actual issue i guess
