Description of my issue

Hello,

I’m trying to install Home Assistant from the web interface.
I’ve created a sub domain signed by a Let’s Encrypt certificate
I’ve launched the install on this sub domain from the web interface and I get the following message :
Erreur
Une erreur est survenue dans le script d’installation de l’application
Sous-opérations
Créer permission ‘homeassistant’
Mise à jour des accès pour la permission ‘homeassistant’
Mise à jour de l’URL associée à l’autorisation ‘homeassistant’

Je tente d’installer Home Assistant depuis l’interface web.
J’ai créé un sous domaine signé par un certificat Let’s Encrypt
Je lance l’installation sur ce sous domaine depuis l’interface web et j’obtient le message d’erreur suivant

Une erreur est survenue dans le script d’installation de l’application

Mise à jour de l’URL associée à l’autorisation ‘homeassistant’

I’m seeing this error in the soapbox_FE installation also:

Impossible d’installer homeassistant : Une erreur est survenue dans le script d’installation de l’application

I don’t know how to debug it, but it is a start to know that the issue may be in the installation script.

Thank you for your answer.
I tried to reinstall from command line but I’ve the same error message.
How can I obtain more information on what’s wrong ? I don’t know how to debug/find information about the problem.
Does somebody have an idea ?
Btw, I’ve got quite the same error when I try to install HomeAssistant and AdGuard but the other applications I’ve installed are OK (not error/warning)

If somebody encounter the same pb, I suppose it is because my system is 32-bit and these applications require a 64-bits architecture.
A clear explanation message in the logs would have been great.

Hello,
seems you encounter a failure during the installation with pip. Could you retry with latest version ? I update the install script yesterday, it should give a little more information in the log.

Eveything seems OK in the logs but I get a failure message at the end.

@ewilly I’m not seeing any clues in the logs there – do you think we would get more information if ynh_exec_fully_quiet is removed?

Humm that’s not the latest one. Should be 2022.12.6~ynh1.
