High RAM consumption without any reason, yunohost lock

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Computer Asrock AMD64 with Ryzen 7 5700G
YunoHost version: 11.2.5
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin

Description of my issue

I run server with #debian and #yunohost for ~1,5 yr and it’s the first time I having this.
Without any known reason, server got really hot and RAM usage got 100%. The computer has become unresponsive. I could barely get into yunohost-admin and tried to run diagnostics but it wouldn’t run (feedback info: another process in progress). I could not get into SSH (no response). Reboot helped.
Do you know what this could be? Should I pay attention to something in the specific logs?

I run Nextcloud, Hedgedoc, mywebapp, home assistant, uptime kuma, jellyfin, libreqr, wallabag, transmission, pyload

It happened to me again today, but the system reacted appropriately and crashed the process. This is probably a problem with Home Assistant (v2023.10.1).
