Help forwarding port 5223 on Orange Livebox

Hi,

I installed the official YH Prosody app and I need help for forwarding port 5223 on my Orange Livebox.

I am using a Vpn, provided by Franciliens.net.

Running the diagnosis in Yunohost I have this error:

Here is what I already did:

In my Livebox I did this:

In Yunohost, Firewall:

I ran again the diagnosis but I still obtain the same error.

Bonjour à toutes et tous,

je suis dans le même constat, “Port 5223 is not reachable from the outside” alors que c’est ok dans les paramèters du par-feu de Yuno.
Yuno tourne sous un RPi400, en 12.0.16, VPN d’un membre FFDN

Serait-il possible que ce port ne soit pas ouvert car non utilsé et donc perçu comme “fermé” par le diagnostic ?

I also have this problem. ss -lntu | grep 5223 shows nothing is listening behind this port. I even restarted prosody and coturn. I’m running on a VPS that only blocks smtp by default. Maybe the port is used only occasionally? I wonder what service in prosody uses this port.
