I feel a bit silly for not already knowing this, but I have a few questions that will help me get further along. I’m trying to add a plugin to OsTicket for OAUTH when it checks mail.
- Where are my install files or the instance of the app? When trying to access the app according to the docs, I CD to /var/www/osticket or even just /var/www, but I get a “permission denied” when trying that. When I run the find command, I get very little information back:
$ find / -name "setup" 2>/dev/null
Which are not install locations.
- Will YUNOHOST update OsTicket for me? I see an update is available. Will I break things by trying to install it manually?
