Describe your issue

Hi all,

What I’m trying to achieve:
Use Discover app.

What happens:
When I open the Discover app, I get a pop-up that reads “Failed to obtain authentication”. Installing any app or update seems to attempt, but fails. (I click install, the loading bar fills, then the install button goes back to “install”).
installing / removing apps via terminal works fine.

How I got here:
I have a windows install on my laptop/drive
I added / installed Debian KDE 12 in this way (dualboot): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0U8TAjowiw
(3 partitions: 1 gib for /boot ext4; 512mib for /boot/efi FAT32 (boot tag); rest for / (rest) ext4)
I login on Wayland.
I sudo apt update && upgrade
Discover works fine after install. no auth failure message, I can install/remove apps, etc.
I install yunohost through On top of Debian | Yunohost
I login through F11 (when I try to login through Wayland, successful login immediately gets me back to the login screen..? weird).
Discover now pops up the “failed to obtain authentication” error.
