Galene not allowing other users

Yunohost 4.2.8.3
Rpi 3B+
Galene 0.4.0~ynh3

Hi

I have galene running on server but run in to continuous errors. I can connect through my own network but no users can access outside.

Everytime a user tries to connect they receive

NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context.

I have removed galene and reinstalled again. I have opened all ports but outside users cannot get access. I can see their name on the app but they cannot get any video, occasionally they will get sound but then it disappears.

Here is the recent log
