Hi,
There is an upstream bug that prevent connecting Forte to many other instances.
The lead dev has fixed the bug and released version v26.4.17.
Details are in this thread #61 - Can't connect to known good sites - fortified/forte - Codeberg.org
Please repackage when you have the time.
