Failed to send magic link email

After install ghost can’t register on him for users.
Error: Failed to send magic link email.
I try use form from site: “Sign up” or button “Subscribe”.
How setup email?
mail “noreply@*” i not change

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.2.3 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH and through the webadmin
App version: Ghost 5.60.0~ynh1

I found new error in ghost logs:
