:uk:/:us: Message template (english)

My YunoHost server

Hardware: local compter **AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor **
RAM : 31.33 GB
YunoHost version: 11.2.9.1 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH and the webadmin and possibly direct access via keyboard / screen | …
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no
If yes, please explain:
If your request is related to an app, specify its name and version: etherpad_mypads

Description of my issue

Hello,
First when i was using etherpad_mypads, it was impossible to change user names and colors. Text was saved. But there was this bug.
I decide to launch an uninstall - re-install of the app.
So i obtain a fresh new app.
But it’s impossible to paste text… the pasted text is not saved.

i tried to force an upgrade with:

sudo yunohost app upgrade etherpad_mypads --force

It changes nothing
I decide to restore a bkup

i find an bkup in

/home/yunohost.backup/archives#
his name is : etherpad_mypads-pre-upgrade1.tar

I perform the command
yunohost backup restore etherpad_mypads-pre-upgrade1

There was an error telling :

etherpad_mypads already installed

In the webadmin i uninstall etherpad_mypads
and perform :

yunohost backup restore etherpad_mypads-pre-upgrade1

I got an new blank etherpad_mypads, i mean without all my stuff

My first question is :
how to recover my pads …?

And i think they is an old bug:

Is there a way ?

Thanks

Hello,
i post a little
UP !

Hello,
on this page i understood that there is a sql database somewhere…
https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/wiki/Backing-up-and-Restoring-Etherpad-Lite-Pads

So If i re-install as i done on my server,
did the sql database for etherpad make a backup or did it erase simply …?

Is there a way to tweak somewhere to recover pads…?
