Error upgrading Synapse

What app is this about, and its version: Synapse 1.144.0
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.40.1
What type of hardware are you using: VPS bought online

I am trying to upgrade Synapse-1.144.0~ynh1 to 1.157.2~ynh1. An error occurs, see below.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you can remove this file (make a copy of it just in case).
