Error installing phpmyadmin

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online (G Suite)
YunoHost version: 4.0.7
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no
If yes, please explain:

Description of my issue

I am trying to install phpmyadmin on my yunohost instance and it is failing with the error:

Unable to update core dependencies with Composer.

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

I tried installing phpLDAPadmin and it installs without issues. I tried restarting as well as upgrading and the issue remains the same. The error log is available here: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/ejujonomeb

But no .composer is created/available in the directory in question
