Error install Letsencrypt certificate on Subdomain www

Hi!

I would like to install a SSL certificate by letsencrypt. All fine on my TLD. But the following errors shows to install it on subdomain www.

I can see the verify code via web proxy extern. So the 404 msg I don’t see, if I check the URL outsite with a web proxy or VPN.

Can anybody helps?
