Eliminating old domain redirects

When I first installed ownCloud, I installed it into a subdirectory of a subdomain (eg http://cloud.mydomain.com/owncloud/) . I then removed the install (though YunoHost’s admin panel) and did a new ownCloud install in the root of the subdomain (eg http://cloud.mydomain.com ).

The trouble is that now when I go to the root subdomain (http://cloud.mydomain.com) NGINX seems to automatically redirect to the folder (http://cloud.mydomain.com/owncloud/) which then tells me that the folder isn’t found and to click to go back to ownCloud. When I click on that link, I get back to the ownCloud login page successfully.

So basically, I’m trying to figure out how to make it so that when I go to the subdomain root (http://cloud.mydomain.com) that it doesn’t redirect to the non-existing subfolder ( http://cloud.mydomain.com/owncloud/ ).

Any ideas?
