Dear Drupal app maintainers; could you please advise me on how to update Drupal core within the Yunohost installation?

I’ve been getting the following error notification from drupal for a month:

Error message

There is a security update available for your version of Drupal. To ensure the security of your server, you should update immediately! See the available updates page for more information and to update your software.

When I navigate to the update page there is a statement on automatic updates:

Manual updates required
Automatic updates of Drupal core are not supported at this time.

When I check the drupal documentation for manual updating, it implies manually removing all the drupal and vendor specific installed files.

As far as I see, there are not much using drupal CMS in the community. But I wanted to try my chance though.

So what should I do: should wait that it gets updated in its yunohost repo, or should I try manual update?

Is this because Drupal should be updated only from the yunohost system panel?

Seems like drupal-ynh is somewhat abandoned?
If so, it could be not very convenient to develop a project that depends on drupal-ynh?
