i try to load my backup files into the server and i want to load backup sql file into the DB. Is there a Howto how i can do this?

Have you tried following the official dolibarr backup and restore recommandations ? That could be a start !
yes i, try via ftp to copy the data to the /var/www but don´t have permission .
So i change the permission but i think i am doing it wrong, when i switch back.
I install also myphpadmin this works great.
I make a new installation and try again, my problem is to copy the files.
