DNS Support for new RPi setup

Hi

I am looking for some help with my DNS. I have installed yunohost on a rpi and installed the apps I need atm. I have set my DNS using nohost. In my router I have two choices for DNS

  1. DNS - this gives my two options to fill - hostname (which I assume is myname.nohost.me) and address (which I assume is the lan address 192.168.1.----)

  2. Dynamic DNS - which allows me to setup a DNS using several DNS servers.

I have setup option one but when I try to connect to https://myname.nohost.me, I cannot connect from outside my home network.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?
