Disable the "Your IP or domain ... is blacklisted on ..." email messages for all IP addresses?

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Old computer at home
YunoHost version: 4.1.8
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin | Only from home (no access from the internet)
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I’d like to disable the Your IP or domain ... is blacklisted on ... messages in the diagnosis email.

Ignoring them doesn’t help because the IP address at home changes every 24 hours and the ignore button only works for a specific IP address.

Is there a way to disable these diagnosis messages for all IP addresses?

Sinse my server is only reachable from home, so it doesn’t matter if the IP address is blacklisted.

yunohost diagnosis ignore mail test=mail_blacklist

The following command worked:

yunohost diagnosis ignore --filter mail test=mail_blacklist

(I also updated to YunoHost 4.2.4 in the meantime but wasn’t able to update the first post due to an error 500 when trying to edit the post)
