Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : yes
This Yunohost server is after a SNI Proxy, but this don’t have consequence for this bug.
Description of my issue
When you disable the SMTP Relay, (https://example.com/yunohost/admin/#/tools/settings/email ), the button “save” quick save the setting, but the Postfix setting isn’t modified.
The workaround is to change the setting upper, about IPv6 : “Allow IPv6”, and save. Now, the Postfix setting is applyed, so, you can change the “Allow IPv6” again and save.
