Describe your issue
Hello,
I’m having an issue with the diagnostic tool, I’m with Free and I’ve got a problem with my IPv6, which apparently still isn’t accessible to Yunohost (which is in a VM hosted by Freebox Delta).
So, sometimes the diagnostic tool, which is showing me errors, even though when I go via ‘Domain’ then ‘DNS’, it tells me the system is configured correctly.
Gandhi’s automatic DNS update system does work, but when I restart it few days later, it finds other errors that I’ll fix; it works for a while, then the next time I run it, it starts showing new errors again. In fact, I get the impression that it’s correcting errors it has already corrected, moving from state A to state B, and then back to state A again.
need to have some logs CanetSeb, because your issue is well weird
Have you checked and verified that the ipv6 is always the same ?
Have you notice some reboot of your Freebox Delta box ?
Have you checked that your corrections made to your YNH server are well registered ?
no specific reboot of Freebox, everything works fine (freebox logs)
yes, the REST API works fine. For example, I used the automatic configuration (and only this) with Gandi, no problem, and today Yunohost (Domain → DNS) asks to remove all the IP6 entries… But if I launch the diagnosis, it asks to change it (not remove it): from small IP xxxx:xxx:xxx:xxxx::xxxx:xxxx to complete one.
May you add the exact messages received from diagnosis and from automatic configuration.
Maybe also share the logs from Tools > Logs with the information about your IPV6 address.
Thanks for helping. And it’s weird that in webpage Gandi is recommended (la communauté a testé et validé l’interface avec Gandi et OVH, qui sont ainsi recommandés) but it seems there is a pb.
This part works, Yunohost configures Gandi. What is weird is that both Diagnostic and Domain are not agree:
