Description of my issue

I did an upgrade this morning on my Debian server. Among other things, the new linux-image-4.19.0-20-amd64:

I don’t know if it was like this before, but new users can no longer register on my Misskey instance. When entering the email address, only an error appears, no matter which e-mail address I use.

The reason is an upgrade to linux-image-4.19.0-20-amd64.

"This will be fixed in the next release" the developer told me:

https://forum.misskey.io/d/93-unable-to-add-mail-adress

So, don’t upgrade if not necessary!

The next release will be very important to all who did already - like me

You probably could return with the previous kernel

That might be possible. But even if it did, more would have to be undone.

I prefer to wait patiently :grinning:

That will be a nice incentive to update the Yunohost Misskey package by yourself when the next release will be out :rocket:

Nice idea, but I had tried it before with “Firefly iii” and unfortunately failed

Misskey 12.109.0 released

Due to the email problems, it would be great if one of the professional supervisors could take care of this update :+1:

Thanks :grinning:

New release right after the first one fixed an issue where Renote couldn’t be done:

Yunohost Misskey updated to version 12.109.2 (2022/04/03)

Everything works fine again
