Customize Nginx proxy for Storj

I am using Storj to serve the static content of my website. Storj provides static hosting, but only with HTTP. In order to use HTTPS, the connection has to be channeled through a web server. Is it possible to customize Nginx from YunoHost in order to use the YunoHost server as the tunnel?
