Coturn: Port 5349 is not reachable from the outside

Hello!

I would like to be able to make XMPP voice calls through the yunohost XMPP server (metronome, I have not installed Prososody or another one). I have configured it reading some posts on the forum.

The diganosis always complains about this Coturn port:
"Port 5349 is not reachable from the outside*

I have double-checked everything I could think of (mainly firewalls), I don’t know what else to do.
Is there anything special about that port?
Has anyone experience a similar problem when configuring Coturn?

Probably it’s just a stupid thing, so any suggestion on what to check is welcome.

I would advise to follow make XMPP audio/video works with at least conversations · Issue #1607 · YunoHost/issues · GitHub
so far it worked for everybody!
If not, then precise your network configuration (VPS or self-hosted, behind additional routers, etc.).
