Elie is working on some experimentations with Ansible to answer some other / different use case.
Also experimenting and interested with the “declarative” aspect of Ansible

On the core : This need a preparatory work on our issue tracker.
On the apps : 2 strategies to identify 1) what would be nive to have in term of feature coverage, and 2) what the community wants / expects / hypes about
1. check the current state of apps and what kind of problematic they answer (e.g. mailing-list, or collaborative calc) and identify such categories/problematic which are not yet answered by any apps
2. create a poll on the forum with the list of existing apps + the wishlist and ask people to choose e.g. 5 apps they would like to see packaged in priority

TODO : we conclude that it would be nice to add a precision that the person won’t own 100% the domain (tho it can be interesting / relevant to be willing to buy a domain “privately”)

Let’s discuss to clarify what the groups are and what they are not ?
Conclusion : Let’s propose a ‘subgroup’ to the app group, which one may call ‘Official apps’ dedicated to the maintenance of official apps
Proposal is to altern between french meetings and english meetings (we can still switch back to french if no english-speaker in the room)
1st meeting of the month (1st tuesday of each month) -> english
2nd meeting of the month (3rd tuesday of each month) -> french
Quick summary of where we are and what’s todo
We gonna receive an invoice to be paid for the association declaration (Journal Officiel)
Bank : proposal is to go for Crédit Coopératif (7€30/month)
Setting up the bank thing should be the priority, so that we can then receive donations quite easily (via bank transfer and Stripe)
Then: Look at what’s the agenda for grants we could target
