Can't upgrade app send to newer version

Running latest version of ynh on a rpi4 with 8GB of ram, can’t upgrade app Send:
https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/midutufuqi

The safety-backup-before-upgrade can’t be performed because /var/www/send doesn’t exists which seems to indicate important issues with your current install … can you tell us a bit more about the context …

I have a pretty default installation of send…no idea why I get that error.

But like … is it working right now ?

Not really, but it was before…not sure what’s going on, I get this message when I try to open send in my browser:

Welcome to nginx!

If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required.

For online documentation and support please refer to nginx.org.
Commercial support is available at nginx.com.

Thank you for using nginx.

I could try uninstalling and reinstalling it, as there’s no data involved.

Could it be that you tried several times to upgrade the app, and a different error happened during the very first upgrade, and then somehow it did not properly restore /var/www/send after that upgrade, and then the next upgrade had this error about /var/www/send not existing …

remove it and reinstalled it, all good now…
