Can't update <my-subdomain>noho.st IP

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 4B
YunoHost version: 11.1.7 (migrated recently)
I have access to my server : Through SSH and direct access via keyboard / screen
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

  1. My synapse instance stopped working
  2. Checked and also no access to <my-subdomain>.noho.st
  3. ssh into the same local network is possible, ran sudo yunohost diagnostic run, which had warnings (something about expected x ip but got y IP)
  4. tried running sudo yunohost dyndns update, which yielded:
Info: Updated needed, going on...
Error: [Errno 111] Connection refused
Info: The operation 'Update the IP associated with your YunoHost subdomain '<my-subdomain>.noho.st'' could not be completed. Please share the full log of this operation using the command 'yunohost log share 20230219-184904-dyndns_update-<my-subdomain>.noho.st' to get help
Error: Could not update IP address to DynDNS

I’m ok with terminal stuff, any help will be greatly appreciated.
