I’m using it in the Google Cloud Computing, wich blocks port 25. Is there anyway I can use the outgoing e-mails with this port blocked?

Use Google Cloud’s firewall panel to open the port which you need.
I used it. But the 25 is blocked for all, no metter what you do. That’s what there documentation say.
You could setup an smtp relay, but you currently need to do it manually (there is a PR waiting another PR about improvement on settings management).
