Can't Re-install Collabora - coolwsd systemd error

What app is this about, and its version: Collabora 25.04.9.1~ynh2
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.39
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

Describe your issue

Here is the step i remember i did yesterday:

  • I update yunohost and its services with the GUI
  • i try to update Nextcloud and i got this problem ( Nextcloud update failed because a safety backup could not be created ), which seems to be related to this problem ( Yarn and Sury APT keys issues ).
  • After that, the coolwsd service was stopped (i can’t find the log anymore, but i see it yesterday, and i’m pretty sure it stop itself because the nextcloud was down for too long).
  • I try to restart the coolwsd service but it fails (because it can’t find a free systemd unit?)
  • So i uninstall the collabora app, and try to reinstall it, but it fails (see log)

Is the port 9980 free?

lsof -i :9980
#or
ss -tlpn | grep 9980

Run with sudo if needed.

both command return nothing, so the port 9980 appears to be free

You can try installing collabora with

--continue-on-failure

option and then look in the service logs to see what the issue is.
(should be --continue-on-failure but I may be wrong…)
