Can't install nor update any apps : problem with python?

Hello !

I seem to have problems with my python setup, I can’t install nor update any app.

I have errors like :

Attention : Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Attention : Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Attention : Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
Attention : Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: Unable to get the locale encoding
Attention : ImportError: No module named 'encodings'
