Can't fetch remote data (WriteFreely federation)

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online: Hetzner cloud cx21
YunoHost version: 4.2.4 (stable).
I have access to my server : through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I installed Mastodon and WriteFreely via YunoHost and enabled Federation in WF, but when I try to find a WF blog in Masto I get a 503 Remote data could not be fetched error.
Maybe the Federation setting in WF didn’t work though, because I get an open config.ini: permission denied error whenever I change Admin settings in WF.
