I have tried several times to post a support topic, but with no success. The first topic I wrote was posted though.
Anyway, when I finish writing my post and click ‘Create Topic’ nothing happens. I just can’t post. Later, the text in the un-posted post is deleted and I can start all over.
What am I doing wrong?
Have you some error message ?
Have you selected the language of your request and answer all mandatory questions ?
If yes, could you take a screenshot before and after your try to validate ?

No, there is no error message. Just nothing happens when I click “Create Topic” after filling in all fields. I will take a screenshot to illustrate.

As you see, there is no warning or anything. I just can’t click the “Create Topic” button.
There’s definitely a UX issue, but i think you just need to acknowledge (check) the 3 first boxes ?
