Can´t install paperless-ngx - postgres 14 needed?

What YunoHost version are you running

12.1.40.1 (stable)

What type of hardware are you using

Old laptop or computer

Describe your issue

I tried to install paperless-ngx. It does not work. If I got it right from the logs, postgres 14 is needed. Installed is as standard version 13. How can I fix this? How can I upgrade to 14 and is there any kind of risk for my other applications?

You are running yunohost 12, which ships postgresql 15.
Check migrations : webadmin >tools>migrations
Are there pending migrations?

I´m afraid, I need to do it in the same way.
There is no other way? Start migration again? Paperless was not installed yet.
