Hello,
when i try to access to my library via opds (in my user case using foliate) i have a pop up that said “authentication required”. My admin user yunohost credentials don’t work. My question : is there a way to avoid to provide any credentials (what i have to do in calibre web admin panel ?) or to configure credentials ?

so far I could not connect foliate with calibre-web as you have posted.

I’ve tried several formats for URL (url+credentials) as stated in github FAQ and issues for the project.

It’s not a feature I had tested before reading you because I don’t usually read on foliate, but if I find a solution I will post it here.

Most likely is something related to our YNH environment related to user integration with the app. Just an opinion.

I would say:

  • you need to allow the “calibre-web (opds)” permission to visitor (to bypass the Yunohost authentication portal)
  • Allow anonymous browsing from the calibre-web configuration.
    However, this will bring all your library on the internet without any authentication : are you sure about that?

@Krakinou Hello, the permission to visitor was OK but I hadn’t allowed anonymous browsing. It’s now done and it’s working !
