I use Borg on my Yunohost Pi 5 install to backup and save to Borgbase.com
I am not sure what are “Data” and “Data Multimedia” in Borg settings:
Also when I select an application to be backed up, does it include the data related to this application?

I did not use Borg on Yunohost but to me it sounds like data is all the data from the apps which are not your app configuration like the messages in a messaging app or the recipes in a cooking app. Multimedia data should be pictures, sounds and videos from that data, which take usually more space than text. So that you can choose what to save regarding your storage
