Bitwarden Web Fault (Vaultwarden) is loading forever

Description of my issue

I did set up vaultwarden. Web and scyn to android app did work. Since today, access to web is no more possible. When i try to log in i get the vaultwarden logo with animated circle below. Nothing more is happing. Sync to the android app is still working.

Any ideas how the bring the web back to live?

After trying from a second PC it did work. So i did some more research:

Solution: Clear cache in chrome and edge, no it is working again.
