Bitwarden - first login

Hi Guys, i have installed bitwarden under yunohost 4.7.1. Installation has been finished succesfully. I have started the application over the link, but i dont know username and password. I have tried any combination without a positiv result. I also did not get a email from bitwarden with a token, like i have read at github. Do you have any ideas ? Thanks and Regards Martin

I also went over tld.com/bitwarden/admin but i dont have received a admin token by email.
