Backup a lot smaller (no compression)

YunoHost version: 11.1.5
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

Love the new update, great work!
So happy that something like YunoHost exists.

Everything seems to work fine for me. Only thing I noticed is that my backups went from 3.5GB to 850MB and the compression is turned off. That’s a bit weird… Any idea how is that possible?

Backup of which application ?
Old ones, new ones ?

All apps, but they all are old as I didn’t get time to update them yet.
Is that a problem?

Damn, I just noticed lol
All my wordpress apps are missing, but still functioning… The new app section doesn’t recognize them and that’s why they are not included in the backup.

Any idea how to get this fixed?

Difficult to know without knowing how and when that happens … Do you see something in Tools > Logs about some app being uninstalled somehow …

Nothing in the logs regarding app uninstalls… As I said, they are still working but not visible in my installs. But when I go to System update I get this while it’s loading the page:
