I’ve just written a first prototype of automatic subtitling (speech-to-text) for Galene.

GitHub - jech/galene-stt: Speech-to-text support for Galene

It should work with the version of Galene currently in Yunohost, so if you have some familiarity with the command-line, you’ll be doing a good thing if you do some testing.
