Automatic subdomain creation for apps that require it?

Hello.
For apps that need to be hosted in a root of a domain, it seems that I need to create the domain manually in my cloudflare account.
Isn’t this yet automated? Is there a way to make yunohost do this automatically for me? Is there any plan to add such feature?
