Apps do not show on User Interface despite showing on admin after 12.0.7 upgrade

Describe your issue

I have upgraded to 12.0.7 and ran the migration. It was successful, but I no longer see the apps showing on the user interface. The app itself works fine.

I can’t paste a screenshot, but basically my single-installed Mastodon app works fine and shows in the Administrative “Applications” section, but when viewing the User Interface, it no longer shows after the update. Thanks!

Is it installed on another domain?
You have to enable it in the domain section of the webadmin.

Show other domain’s apps, if your apps are installed on another domain

thank you, but this didn’t seem to do the trick. toggling that on/off, along with “show the list of public apps to visitors”, did nothing.

I also went to the application itself, and toggled “Visible as tile in user portal”, with no change.

any other thoughts?

This setting should be enabled on the domain of the portal not the app.
