Just a thought, in the app Catalog (Installing new application) there should be an option of sorting by last updated, sometimes I want to browse the recently updated apps and try them. Would make life easier instead of browsing it on GitHub by recently updated.

This is how I currently explore for new ideas:)
yeah, time of last update is an important indicator for me as well how serious I should take an app.
Together with the time an app has been available for YNH and the frequency of updates.
big +1 for this idea; would save the random trips to GitHub and trying to remember if I’ve already looked at one of the 625 repos or not
