After Migration - Apps work, but administration opens to blank page

What type of hardware are you using: Virtual machine
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0
How are you able to access your server: SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: Upgrade / Migration

Describe your issue

I first upgraded my install and then ran migrations. There were two available. When I came back 3 hours later, it was still showing the status popup and had not advanced beyond first step. Refreshed the page and it was blank. Went to dashboard and new UI was there and apps all working properly. Click on Administration and get a blank page.

Restarted the server and no change. Still get a blank page on Administration.

Hmokay, are you able to reproduce the issue with a different browser ? Can you check with yunohost --version that yunohost-admin is in 12.0.x ?
